Your height, age, parents’ heights and a few growth signs.
Your likely adult height, and how much growth is still to come.
Sleep and food targets sized to you, not an average kid.
After about six months, the range can start to tighten.
How tall you’ll likely be, how much growth is still to come, and how fast you’re growing right now.

Log your night, see it count toward the target for your age, and know when to be in bed tonight.

Targets follow your age, so the plan you get at 15 is built for 15.
| At 12 | At 15 | |
|---|---|---|
| Sleep | 9 h+ | 8 h+ |
| Protein | 0.95 g/kg | 0.85 g/kg |
| Calcium | 1300 mg | 1300 mg |
A photo or a few words is all it takes. Seconds later you see the protein and calcium it added, already counted toward today.

For skeptics and parents: where every number comes from.
Starts from your parents’ heights (Tanner’s mid-parental formula), then adjusts for your age, height, puberty signs and how fast you’re growing.
Sleep guidance from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the US Dietary Reference Intakes, sized to your age and weight.
An AI model estimates the protein and calcium from your photo or your words. It’s an estimate you can fix, not a lab result.
No account to make. Measurements and logs stay on your phone, and a meal photo leaves it only when you choose to analyze it.
Try the formula on your own family with the height calculator. More on each of these in the guides: the parents’ height formula, when growth stops, sleep and protein and calcium.
Educational, not medical advice. TallPlan doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent anything, and its results are estimates, not guarantees. If you have concerns about growth, talk to a doctor.

TallPlan is free to download, and the sleep plan, the height and sleep logs and the growth chart are free. Premium adds your likely adult height range and meal analysis from a photo or a few words. It’s weekly or yearly, your app store shows the price before you subscribe, and the weekly plan starts with 3 days free.
It’s an honest estimate, not a clinical test like a bone-age X-ray. It starts from Tanner’s mid-parental formula and adjusts for your age, sex, height, tall relatives, puberty signs and growth speed. Knowing both parents’ heights narrows it, and after about six months of weekly measurements it can tighten further.
No app can add height beyond what your genes and health allow, and TallPlan never promises it. It shows where you’re likely headed and helps with what’s in your hands while you grow: enough sleep, and enough protein and calcium. There are no supplements or exercise programs to buy.
Teens, and anyone else who is still growing. From 13 you can use it yourself; for a child under 13, a parent sets it up and uses it in parent mode.
There’s no account to make. Measurements, puberty answers and logs stay on your phone, and the estimate is calculated there. A meal photo or description is sent for AI analysis only when you choose to analyze it and have agreed to that.
Your app store handles billing. On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. The Support page links to both.
